ABOUT REGINA

I know what it’s like to lose the map.

I didn’t arrive here by following a plan. I got here by transforming the moments when every plan I had fell apart — and choosing, each time, to build something that made me whole again.

DEFINING MOMENTS

The pivots that shaped the coach I am today.

»»THE CORPORATE LIFE««

I left a life designed by others — to build a life that was truly mine.

I lived a comfortable life many envied — a successful marketing career, a professional identity, a sense of place. Then I crossed an ocean — and started from zero. No network. No recognition. No shortcuts. Just the quiet determination of someone who knew, somehow, that there was more to life than what she was told.

That crossing taught me something I carry to this day: who you are is not where you are. Your value doesn't live in your title or anyone else's recognition of your name. You carry it with you. That lesson became the foundation of everything I now help other women find.

I built a career at the table — then watched the table disappear.

I was the person who made complex things work. Led teams. Delivered results. Navigated organizational change with my eyes open. Then came the merger. The restructuring. The slow, disorienting erasure of a role — and an identity — I'd spent years building.

What I learned that no MBA teaches: you cannot be your job title. When it goes, you find out fast whether you know who you are without it. I didn't, at first. And that's exactly why I do this work now.

»»THE BECOMING««

Widowhood taught me what transformation really asks of you.

Losing my husband didn't just break my heart. It broke the architecture of my life — the plans, the future I thought I knew, the version of myself that existed in relation to him.

Grief isn't a detour. It's life, asking you to become more honest, more present, and more intentional than you've ever had to be. I didn't move through it quickly. I moved with it.

What emerged was the work I was always meant to do.

I stopped waiting for the right time — and started designing the right life.

The coaching, the writing, the art — none of it was in the original plan. It emerged from the wreckage of plans that no longer fit and a quiet, stubborn belief: that a life built with intention is still possible.

Even after loss. Even when everything around me suggested the best chapters were behind me. Even when you can't quite see what comes next.

That belief is at the center of every conversation I have with a client. And it's the reason I do this work — not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it costs to find your own.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

Dream. Design. Become.

There is no right moment to create change — you just know you're ready to explore what transformation could look like. You feel a quiet, or sometimes strong, pull towards something bigger. And it's a journey you're not meant to do alone.

When we work together, you move from that pull toward something true. The fog of uncertainty begins to lift. The vision you've been carrying — half-formed, easily dismissed — starts to take shape. You gain the clarity to name what you actually want, the confidence to believe it's possible, and the strategy to begin moving toward it.

You shed the parts of yourself that have been holding you back. You stop waiting for the right conditions. You stop apologizing for wanting more. You stop letting fear write the next chapter of your life.

And you start designing — deliberately, intentionally, on your own terms. And when you do it once, you know you can do it again, and again — because your life is always unfolding toward something greater.

"We often begin change because we're dissatisfied with where we are. But lasting change happens when we're inspired by where we're going."
